HTO系列高温高压染色机是在吸收国内外同类设备性能的基础上改型设计而成的一种较能迎合当今市场挑战的染色设备，精心设计的染液循环系统和可调节载储布槽，能使各类厚、薄织物在较低浴比（1:4.5）状态下获得满意的染色效果，具有染色、处染质量好、产量高等优点。

6、冷却速率：130-80℃ 平均2.5℃/分钟（以冷却水压力为0.3MPa、温度25℃计）

7、加料回流稀释系统：可确保在较低浴比情况下充分使颜料和染液混合均匀，从而减少染色过程中的色花、色差；

8、自洁清洗系统：*特设计的喷洒系统，在溢流水洗时可有效的布面污水并及时分流排出，缩短了溢流水洗时间和用水量；

9、创新的出布叠布系统：出布时可均匀整齐的堆置于布车内，减少劳动强度。
